Is Cash on Delivery Available?
Yes Cash on Delivery is available but for offline orders only, please contact us via Whatsapp to place an order via COD.

Do I need to setup an account to place my order?
YES. You can browse through the collections without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process.

    How can I check the status of my order?
    You should received tracking link on your registered mobile via text message from NimbusPost. Alternatively, you can check your order status either by logging in to your account or via email.

    How do I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order at any point before dispatch with 100% refund. Please get in touch to do so.

    Can you add a personalized note along with my order?
    We can try but not commit accepting this request. Additional charges apply for gift wrap.

    How can I place a bulk order? Is wholesale available?
    Yes wholesale prices are available for bulk orders, please connect with us on Whatsapp.

    Can I ship items of one order to multiple addresses?
    No! If you like to ship items to multiple address, you'd need to place multiple orders.

    How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
    In normal conditions, please expect your package to be delivered within 7-8 business days.
