Returns and Exchange

Before you decide to return the product, allow us to share that we make these products with a lot of care and love. Most products are handcrafted and might have the slightest of defects that are merely visible when products are worn. The color and settings might slightly vary from the original pictures due to screen brightness or display on multiple devices, also, we check each piece before dispatching to enhance our customer's experience. If you still decide to return or exchange, please go through the terms and conditions below to check if you're eligible.

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. We are unable to process any size, color, or choice-related exchanges.

Steps for making a return: 

  1. Please intimate us within 48 hours of the package delivery. To inform us, you can use any mode, call or Whatsapp us on +919354833549 or email us at
  2. Please describe your concern and share a 360-degree, unedited, uncut parcel opening video. Ensure to open the packet after showing the label in the video and unbox it in front of the camera and avoid any pauses in between.
  3. Once we have received your concern, our team will verify the information and get in touch with you within 24 hours.
  4. In case the concern is validated, we will arrange for the pickup of the damaged product and send you the replacement.
  5. In case the same item is not available for replacement, the customer shall be eligible to select any other product/product equivalent in price to the total order value minus courier charges. 
  6. A replacement order is dispatched only after the incorrect/damaged item is received and returned to our warehouse.

Below situations are treated as exceptional and will be resolved as per management discretion: 

  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address/contact information.
  2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
  4. Package refused by the recipient.
  5. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  6. Minor color and design variation. All products are handmade, so there may be some variations from the photographs on our website.
  7. If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
  8. The customer intimates us later than 24 hours of delivery
  9. If the customer does not make a parcel opening video

All deliveries are supported with automated messages that inform customers regarding order status, if you have received an out for delivery message, please keep an eye on delivery. If the status says delivered and you have not received the package, please intimate us on high priority.
