SHIPPING INFORMATION - INDIA
Free Shipping: On all orders above 999 INR
Delivery Method: Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days via Standard Shipping.
We use Nimbus Post as our logistics partner that ships through multiple delivery partners including BlueDart, Xpressbees, Amazon Shipping, DTDC and Delhivery. The system selects most suitable delivery partner as per the delivery pin code. If you have any specific preferences, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Delivery takes approximately of 7-8 business days. *Delivery to metro locations will be faster*.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Standard Shipping - Orders below 999 INR shipping charges are 100 INR
Please note: Shipping prices may vary depending on the destination and weight of your parcel. For all orders shipped within India, mandatory sales tax (GST) of 3% is added upon checkout.
PRIORITY DELIVERY:
Please note that all are parcels are delivered through fastest available services. We have one day delivery options for customers in Delhi NCR. Please contact us if you'd like to avail these services.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipping is available for specific countries, please email us on samashajewellery@gmail.com for any queries related to international orders.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.
- If you notice that the packaging is tampered or damaged, before accepting delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on (+91) 9354833549 or email us at samashajewellery@gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall look into this on high priority and ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient.
